Godot is the mysterious masked prosecutor from Phoenix Wright: Trials and Tribulations, or Gyakuten Saiban 3. Not much is known about Godot, even within the prosecutor's office, except that he seems to have an immense amount of love for coffee and holds a deep, personal grudge against defense attorney Phoenix Wright. Godot claims that he'll drink up to 17 cups of coffee per trial—never more—and likes to finishes off his comebacks in court with his catchphrase, "That's my rule". There seems to be more to this masked man that meets the eye, but it's something Phoenix can only uncover by revisiting trials of his past and continuing forward with trials of the present.
